Coldstream Shipping, Returns and Privacy Policies
Free Ground Shipping Notice:
All products advertised with free shipping will be shipped free via FedEx Ground ONLY to the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping only applies to those items advertised as free shipping. Shipping charges will apply to those items that do not have free shipping.
Generally all orders within the US will be shipped via Fedex. Orders which weigh less than 2 lbs. may be shipped US Postal Service if it is a better service for the order.
All orders shipped to Canada will be shipped UPS or US Postal Service at our discretion if it is a better service for the order location. Upon arrival of the international order, you will be charged duties and taxes to import the order. We do not know what these fees will be and we do not collect them as part of your order. Your local customs agency will contact you with these details.

Orders placed before 1:00pm Pacific Time will ship the same business day. All orders placed after 1:00pm Pacific Time will ship the following business day. Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday. The day your order ships does NOT count as a shipping day.
Estimated transit time applies from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.
- FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days within the contiguous United States; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service days are Monday-Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
- FedEx Home Delivery: 1-5 business days within the contiguous United States; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service days are Tuesday-Saturday. Delivery is between 9am and 8pm FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
If you would like to ship your order express, it must be placed online before 1:00pm Pacific Time for it to ship the same day. If placed online after 1:00pm Pacific Time, your order will ship the next business day. If your express order is placed by phone with a representative before 1:30pm Pacific Time, we can get your order out the same day. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) do not count as shipping days. Please call us at (858) 605-5205 if you would like to guarantee delivery by a certain day. The day your order ships does NOT count as a shipping day.

- FedEx Express Saver: Delivery to businesses by 4:30pm and to residences by 7pm, in 3 business days.
- FedEx 2Day: By 4:30pm in 2 business days to most areas (by 7pm to residences).
- FedEx Priority Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30am to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30pm or 5pm in remote areas.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 3pm to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
Once your order has shipped, you will be receiving an email with your tracking information so you will know exactly when your order will arrive. If you don't get this information, please call us.
International Shipping Information
Coldstream Industries can ship internationally. If you have any questions or would like to get a shipping quote, please contact us.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Coldstream Outdoor. If you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase date.
Please look over and test all products upon receipt. If you would like to return an unused product for a refund within 30 days of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. A 35% restocking fee will be applied to used home products which are returned within 30 days. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. If you return an order which originally received free shipping, the initial shipping expense will be deducted from the credit to your account.
Undeliverable and Refused Packages
If your order is returned to us by our shipper because the delivery was rejected, refused, the package was unclaimed or the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, the return shipping fees charged to us by the shipper, in addition to the original shipping costs and the restocking fee, will be deducted from any refund amount. If you would like us to re-ship your previously undeliverable order, we will do so and will charge your credit card for a second set of shipping fees.
All items purchased in conjunction with a promotion are non-refundable. If the item is defective it may be returned for a replacement or store credit only.
All returns require a proof of purchase and must be clearly marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number are not guaranteed to be processed and may be refused.
To obtain an RMA number, please contact our Customer Service Department at (858) 675 3088. Once an RMA number is issued, products must be returned within 15 days.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify 1) their condition, and 2) that all components are included. Any product missing components will incur a charge for those missing items. For your protection, we recommend that you return the product using an insured shipping method. Coldstream Industries is not liable for products which are lost or damaged in transit to us.
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
Please note: Products not purchased directly from Coldstream Industries must be returned to the original place of purchase for a refund.
